My Story

So just a background of myself and why i love what I do. I got into the electrical trade 10+ years ago and have not looked back. I love everything about what i do. Trouble-shooting is one of my most favorite aspects of my job. Fixing something that no one else can is what keeps me doing this. I've prided myself in being trained by some of the most brilliant minds in this industry, and they have made me what I am today. Without our trades most demanded "Pay It Forward" way of thinking I would still be trying to train myself about the most simplest things. That's what attracts me to this business is the giving of knowledge that "most" will give. I would not trade this for any job in the world!

Customer Service is something I take great pride in. It's something that comes naturally to me and it's like a second language. In this business I believe customer relations is one of the most important things. Anyone one of us can fix anything in a house, but to translate that to the customer and help them understand what is going on is very important and we strive to make that one of the forefronts of our company.

Not only do I have the blessing of having great customer understanding, but our employees also understand the importance of customer service. We've chosen employees who know how to talk with customers and relay the important information they need to know. I am truly blessed to have the employees I do and would not trade them for the world.
